Overview
The role of the InfoBasis technical services department is to provide support to customers in the implementation of their skills management projects. The department works closely with the customer from the initial discussions about their skills management strategy through to the deployment and ongoing support of a solution.
Whilst each customer's requirements are varied the services department are likely to be involved in many aspects of a project including;
- Consultancy
- Software customisation
- Solution testing
- Training
- Customer support
