InfoBasis hosts thought leaders on Capability Management

At this Autumn’s InfoBasis Executive Forum, key thought leaders from the world of organisational capability and human capital management addressed an exclusive gathering of some of the UK’s leading companies.

CIPD adviser Angela Baron and Human Capital Management consultant Jon Ingham addressed the group, providing the background of research and academic thinking to the day’s theme: Capability Management. Then Business Transformation Executive Chris Webb illustrated how Flagship Training is using InfoBasis technology to better understand its current capability and grow it for the future.

Among the audience were InfoBasis’ leading partners and clients, including BAE Systems, the MOD, the British Computer Society and QPC. The venue, the Michelin-rated Manoir aux Quat’Saisons hotel and restaurant is situated close to InfoBasis’ UK headquarters.

“It’s never easy to take time out of the office,” said InfoBasis CEO Ashley Wheaton, “but it’s crucial to make time to focus on the bigger picture. Together with our partners and clients, this has been a tremendously useful day considering current thinking and practice on human capital and capability management.”
