PA Consulting bolsters client offering with InfoBasis technology
Award-winning consultancy uses software to build on client capability
Skills management expert InfoBasis has signed an agreement that will enable PA Consulting Group (PA) to use its technology when advising clients on skills management strategies.
PA will be able to use InfoBasis Enterprise Skills Manager™ (InfoBasis ESM 4.5) as part of the range of tools used when carrying out comprehensive skills audits for its clients. PA acts as an independent advisor to leading blue-chip companies on organisational capability development and has a broad knowledge of leading tools, such as InfoBasis ESM 4.5.
“Organisations need to be able to assess and align skills with their business strategy,” said Paul Lambert of PA’s Business Transformation Group. “With InfoBasis ESM 4.5, we can enable companies to understand what skills they have, what skills they need and how to go about getting them. The technology is also easy-to-use and scalable, and allows us to provide in-depth analysis.”
“PA understands that, in the modern economy, the crucial component to success is having a workforce that is harnessed to its fullest potential,” said Ashley Wheaton, CEO of InfoBasis. “This is not just about developing staff, but also deploying them to best effect, in line with the organisation’s strategy.”
