Rotherfield to use InfoBasis Readiness Manager™ for sales training needs analysis

London, UK, xxth March 2005: Specialist sales training company Rotherfield Ltd announced today that it has signed a partnership agreement with InfoBasis. The Henley-based firm will ensure clients receive targeted sales training by using Readiness Manager, a hosted TNA service provided by InfoBasis Limited, a leading provider of skills management technology.

"We always aim to provide the best possible service to our clients," said Rotherfield Chairman Mike Harris. "We employ expert sales instructors and use the latest training techniques to ensure that the learning sticks. When we needed something to replace our previous paper-based training needs analysis system, we were looking for something equally innovative and effective. We found it in InfoBasis Readiness Manager."

For Mike, the simplicity of use of Readiness Manager was an essential. “It comes as a hosted service, which means no installation concerns on our part. In addition, the user interface is almost self-explanatory, so that despite the sophistication of the analysis that it provides, we are confident that our clients will be able to use it with minimal intervention from us.”

Rotherfield works exclusively in the IT and telecoms industries. Its clients include IBM, Thales, Thus and Unisys.
