New partnership with InfoBasis strengthens Parity’s HCM capability
IT services provider, Parity has signed an agreement with InfoBasis Limited, a leading provider of skills management business solutions, to market InfoBasis Enterprise Skills Infrastructure (ESI) in the UK.
InfoBasis ESI will enable Parity's customers to manage and track their people's capabilities and determine how best to develop and deploy them. By adding the technology to their existing services portfolio, Parity, an HCM specialist, will have a greater ability to assist customers manage projects and develop and manage staff.
"Our customers face changing business priorities, budget constraints and the need to manage more with less," says Stewart Coia, Director at Parity's Resourcing Solutions Division. "Effective skills management tools like InfoBasis ESI can make the difference between knowing what the business needs and getting it."
InfoBasis and Parity have been working together since 2002 with both private and public sector clients, providing services through the technology that include succession planning, smarter recruitment, risk analysis and readiness planning.
