Quality Plus Callscan and InfoBasis Announce Multimillion Pound World-wide Partnership
Quality Plus Callscan Limited (QPC) and InfoBasis Ltd today announced the creation of an exclusive new global partnership. Under the agreement, QPC has obtained exclusive, world-wide, rights to InfoBasis' skills management technologies within the contact centre market.
Commenting on the contract Phil Smith, CEO at QPC, said, "InfoBasis has spent several years developing a reliable, highly usable solution for the enterprise space. We are delighted to gain access to this leading edge technology for use in our own Contact Centre Skills Management Infrastructure (CCSMI) solution."
InfoBasis CEO Ashley Wheaton agreed, adding that his company’s practical experience of skills management solutions was unparalleled. “Our many years of experience in this field told us instantly what a good fit our solution would be within traditional contact centre environments,” he commented, “Combining QPC’s extensive knowledge of the contact centre market with our comprehensive software solutions provides customers with a unique and compelling proposition.”
Due for launch within the final quarter of 2003 the Contact Centre Skills Management Infrastructure is part of an Integrated Operating Solution (IOS) strategy. This strategy brings together Workforce Management, Quality / Performance Management and E-Learning workforce optimisation systems, managing the complete skill deployment, assessment and development cycle to create more efficient and effective contact centre operations.
