Centra and InfoBasis Announce Strategic Partnership To Provide

London, England (25 June, 2003) - InfoBasis Ltd, one of the foremost producers of business solutions for skills management, today announced a strategic partnership with Centra Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRA), a leading provider of application software and services for real-time enterprise collaboration (RTEC).

The partnership was borne out of the need to address an industry-wide issue that the majority of organisations struggle with: the need to be able to quickly and efficiently identify the individual capabilities and skills of staff, in order to execute an internal programme or schedule of projects. This ability to identify the staff members with the necessary skills for a task and similarly, the staff that require additional skills training, is critical to business success and timely delivery.

Via the integration of CentraOne™, Centra’s flagship secure and scalable real-time enterprise collaboration and content management application, with the Enterprise Skills Infrastructure (ESI), from InfoBasis, skills assessments and skill gap analysis can be conducted, and followed up with a targeted and individual training plan to improve staff skills, executed via Centra’s flexible suite of collaboration and content management applications, enabling staff to conduct courses via their desktops. This provides a total solution to measure and develop an organisation’s most important asset, its workforce.
